Merri was the puppy who caught our eye right at birth. She's a flashy, cute, perky girl that you can't help but fall in love with. Her pedigree combines some of the best working and show lines. We feel she has incredible potential.
A confident, outgoing puppy, she has a high food drive coupled with a wonderful toy drive. Her Rally Novice scores reflect her work ethic and attitude. In 3 trials she finished her RN with scores of 98, 98 & 97 with 1 placement at 18 months of age.
Merri is a social butterfly with both people and dogs. She has a very sweet, comical, fun-loving nature that makes her a joy to live with. She's the dog who most often instigates the play time around here. I think her motto is "life is short...play hard!" So far her name is proving to be a self-fulfilling prophecy in that she is just so happy. And I hope things continue this way because she's a such a joy.
Her name was chosen because we hope that she will have a good time doing many, many things, but also was inspired by True's name. One can never be genuinely happy until you are true to yourself. We hope that Merri will fulfill her genetic legacy and have a great time doing it.
