Buster is an amazing athlete with an incredible work ethic. He can run a NADAC Elite Standard course in 14 seconds under Standard Course Time and then lay at your feet calmly till his next run.  He is sensible and easy going and there is not much that bothers him.  He takes everything in stride and simply has no issues with anyone.  He gets along well with other dogs and loves people.  He's focused with a high toy/play drive.  He's very biddable and a rocket on the agility field.   He is not a barky dog.  The sire of several litters, he is consistently passing these traits on to his puppies.  They are high drive yet have an off-switch.  The son of HOF sire
UACH UCDX Crown Point Red Rodeo Ray CDX, S-CD, AX, AXJ, RS-E, GS-O, JS-E, EJC, OCC, EAC, TN-E, O-WV-O, AD, FDCH, TDI, CGC, ASCA HOF/ROM-P II SIRE DNA-CP who is actively competing at 11 yrs of age, Buster has a pedigree to do it all.  Buster has also been used to work cattle and has tons of herding instinct, although he's not been trialed.  Structurally, Buster is very correct, clean moving with moderate side gait.  He has nice angulation and shoulder layback, a solid topline, a good front and rear, a powerful body, and a masculine head.

Jacqui's 2 most favorite things to do in the world are work sheep and visit nursing homes.  She is showing a lot of promise on stock, has moderate food and toy/play drives, is very loving and affectionate to people and good with other dogs.  And although she is a dominant bitch, she is sensible with other dogs.  She is easy to live with, mellow in the house and goes to work with me daily, greeting the customers with her wiggle butt.  She loves to snuggle in bed at night or while watching tv but she is not a pest about it.  When she's happy, she carries a toy in her mouth.  She's also a good retriever.  She does not bark often except when taunting her brother, Forrest, to run the fence with her.  Even, if I could, there is nothing I would change about her personality.  She is simply a sweetheart with good instinct and drive.  Not much more you can ask for!

This litter should produce moderate, athletic, intelligent, biddable dogs for any performance venue while maintaining a calm, sensible personality that is easy to live with.  Tails will be left on all puppies except those w/shorter natural bob tails and/or bad kinks.  In keeping with our natural rearing philosophy, it just feels right not to dock tails strictly for cosmetic reasons.  We also feel that not having a tail is a big disadvantage in agility as the dog does not have the "rudder" that other breeds have.  The tail aids in maintaining balance on turns and jumps.  Since many of our puppies go to agility homes, we can no longer justify docking.  We also do not remove front dew claws (but do remove rear dewclaws if present).  Puppies are kept with their mother till 9 or 10 weeks of age to allow plenty of time for them to learn appropriate dog language.  We have found that by keeping them longer, they make the adjustment to their new home very easily.  It also gives us more time to adequately prepare them for the transition.

Puppies will be 3rd generation naturally reared on the dam's side.  Genetically, there are very few health issues in this cross.  Pedigrees have been gone over with a fine tooth comb.  Health-wise this litter should have no problems and be fabulously healthy with good longevity.  Buster's grandfather, Crown Point Ace of Spades, died at 15. His great-great grandfather, The Hawk of LasRocosa died at age 17, another great-great grandfather,  LasRocosa Kubliakhan Crown Point lived to the age of 17, and  Mighty Fine Second Chance, a great-great-great granddam, also lived to 17.  The genetics are here for a long, healthy life!

Pedigree for litter

Please do not be offended when we interview perspective buyers. We do so expressly to match the puppy and new owners so that everyone is happy. We are here to support new owners for years to come. A puppy is a long term commitment not to be taken lightly. It is always an agonizing decision determining which puppy goes where. Therefore the more information we have about you and the better we know you, the greater the chances of sending you home with the perfect puppy for YOU!

Our puppies are raised in our home and socialized extensively. Our litters leave here with crate and leash training well started, and have a solid foundation of clicker training to such things as; sit, eye contact, and come when called. They've gone for several car rides and have met many people and dogs. We spend every available waking minute w/the puppies. They have their eyes checked and are vet checked before they go to their new homes. Pet/companion puppies are sold on limited registration only. We do not breed often so when we do, we do everything possible to ensure a good start for the puppies.

Also please be aware of the fact that we do require our puppy buyers to feed a raw diet and will give you help in doing so if you don't already. We require you do not vaccinate your puppy with any modified live vaccines (rabies is a killed vaccine). Again we have tons of information regarding why you should NOT vaccinate. Check out our links page to get you started. Too much hard work and love goes into these puppies to let them be ruined by kibble and vaccines. Yes, that's how strongly we feel about these issues! We believe that most of the health problems seen in dogs today are the result of poor diet, chemicals from flea and heartworm meds., and vaccines. In good conscience these puppies must go to holistic homes only.

All puppies are guaranteed against hip dysplasia, hereditary eye defects, and epilepsy. Show/breeding puppies are also guaranteed against monorchidism or cryptorchidism in males, and disqualifying bites. These guarantees apply IF and only if, the dog is kept on a 100% raw diet as advised, has been given no modified live vaccines, no heartworm medications, no ivermectin and no flea/tick medications. We also require that if you can no longer keep your dog for any reason, that the dog come back here or to an approved home.
